Chain Protection Tillett X30/OK Composite Klar
The newly developed composite guard range uses a complet new process. This means that they are much lighter than the original at only 270g for the Rotax and 230g for the X30 IAME version. They retain their rigidity and do not wobble like plastic guards, due to the honeycomb core on the mounting side. The new model is much stronger and has a glossy surface inside and out for ease of cleaning. It now suits the OEM brackets directly
When used with the full Tillett bracket fitting kit the mid point is adjustable to allow the sprocket to run centrally in the guard. The new guards have been made wider to avoid contact with long sprocket bolts when wide plastic sprocket protectors are used.
